FIGI NOTE S1

I bought 2 brand new phones from this store cash I was a bit sceptic because it was a model I didn't know Figi Note S1 but the sales man assured me that it was a good phone and that he also had bought 1 for himself so I went with it a month or 2 later the 2nd phone started giving problems with the charging unit so at first we just went to a Pakistan store we knew asked them how much it would cost to repair as we weren't sure about the warranty on the phone with shock we had to find out that the didn't have Spares for thw phone and that the pone spares couldn't be found anywhere. Afterwards I spoke with the manager and she said to bring the phone in it would be sent to their repair center in Jhb and around 2 weeks then it would be repaired. 2 weeks went by no sign of the phone then another 3 weeks later I got the phone back working again. I'm very disappointed in this store because now I have a phone that has a cracked screen and a faulty charging unit again. I can't do anything about the cracked screen since my warranty doesn't cover it and no one in Lydenburg Mpumalanga has Spares for this phone they all say it a Chinese Phone Cash Crusaders charges me R1000 for it to be repaired at their repair shop in Jhb. My only question is were do they get the spares and why did the owner of Cash Crusaders buy theese phones if he new that it would be impossible to get spares for it.
