Faulty XBOX

They do not even deserve 1 star. Bad service and if you like your peace never buy anything from Cash Crusaders. I bought a XBOX Series Console at Cash Crusaders (The boulders, Midrand), after few days it stopped working, I took it back immediately and they took it for repairs (03 November 2024) today it is (11 December 2024). I went for a refund and the assistant manager agreed to giving us back our money as it was agreed upon by the employees who sold the game to us, they told us stories when they had to give us the money, saying the store does not have cash. They refuse to let us see the manager and are still giving us stories to avoid giving us our money back. We just want our money back, not stories.
