FAULTY TV PURCHASED - REFUND REFUSED.

Purchased a LED 55inch JVC TV 5 days ago. There is something wrong the TV as the screen has patches on the bottom. They refuse to refund our money even though the back of the till slip does not stipulate anything regarding to a refund. The back of the tip slip only refers to the Warranty policy. Refusing to give a refund after a purchase was made 5 days prior is against the Consumer Protection Act that has been legislated. The manager was not interested in discussing the refund policy as this does not exist anywhere on the customer receipt and warranty. The receipt also refers to terms and conditions on the back of the receipt - however, again, there is nothing referring no refunds.
