Faulty Toploader

I bought a top loader with cash crusaddrs vredenburg, after one week it was giving me trouble, it did not want to spin. They repair it the first time and it give me problems again the second time, i told about it again they said that the guy who do their repair said that i would have to replace the bottom top and it cost 750Rand. We did what they say and still it dont work properly, he put a second hand bottom top on and said we have to pay R400 for the original one, I told them I dont want the Top loader, i have been waiting months after they reply and finaly they came to fetch it and Franco said that the repair guy will sell it at their shop, After a month with no contact from them, i told Franco they must bring back my Top loader they also told me that they would buy it over, and they did not bring it back to me. It is being almost 4 months now with no contact ffom them, I think the seevice is poor, it is unacceptable, how could you operate a company like this? I would never recommend my family, my friends to them. It is bad, Please i want my Top loader repaired, or give my money back, I will go further if i have too, Please look for how long i have been struggling, it is unacceptable.
