Faulty speaker

Cash crusaders the bridge in Greenacres sold me a speaker that was faulty on the 28th of November and unfortunately I only discovered that this past weekend as I only took it out to play it only this past weekend, speaker sounds like it's in a can .... when I went there it was booked with a technician, manager which is Anele does not even update I had to be the one to call for an update ..... I want my money can't be dealing with such 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤 I paid a flipping R2100 for that damn speaker and it didn't even get to 3 weeks. I'm going home tomorrow and I need my money before than to but a speaker that us more reliable. Manager does not give a **** the lady who was helping to book it for a technician has attitude. I'm also in customer service and thus is no way to treat a client.
