Faulty phone poor service

I bought a "new" doogee x60l phone from your pinetown town store. The reason i bought that phone was as follows : its advertised as quick charge. I was told the battery last long. So the phone takes more than 3 hours to charge (which is not quick charge) and i run my point of sale app Yoco from it..no other apps and the battery only lasts 4 hours tops after fully charged. My phone has been in repair for more than 2 weeks where it was told by the store and Shireen from Durban headoffice it will take quicker than that to get a feedback because i explained it to everyone that its a business phone. I took the phone back in less than 7 after purchase. I will go and buy a new phone today and I expect a refund.
