Faulty Laptops

I have had two different problems at the Tsakane Mall Cash Crusaders under the same management, first encounter was in 2022 when I bought a laptop that I never suspected and it never showed signs of being faulty but I later found out it was faulty when I tried pawning it for cash at the same shop I bought it from which was 5months later, I remember very well that it still had it warranty according to what I was told when buying it, when they inspected it they said that the disk slice was faulty and that I was responsible for the fault and won't pawn it but I never use the disk slice hence I never knew about that fault before then. The second encounter was last month in November 2025 when I bought again another laptop which was buffering when I got home with it, it also had a problem few times when trying to switch it on sometimes it just didn't want to switch on. So I took it back following day after I bought it because it just reminded me of the first encounter I mentioned above, but my idea was to change it for another one I saw which costed R200 more than the one I had, I was willing to pay that extra R200 because I am still in need of a laptop, but when I tried explaining why I was there the manager didn't want to listen to anything I wanted to say he still doesn't know about the plan I had that day about changing to the one that costed a R200 more, he cornered me into selling back to them which was not an option for me, he offered to buy it back for R1500 when I paid R3790 to get it which meant I would lose over R2200, I did not agree. I went back home with it thinking that maybe my friend who did IT in school might help if it had software problems but before my friend could have a look I noticed that the problems where persistent so I canceled my friend and went back to the store after I had been in contact with the agent that was helping me of which she had really been of help throughout, she adviced me to book it in for repairs so I took it in, this was a week later after purchase, I am still waiting for it to get back which I was told to expect a call on the 16 of December 2025, problem is that I am considering getting my money back not the laptop because I am really not happy with the treatment I got from the manager and because this has happened twice already I no longer trust them, I'm also considering selling back if they don't refund me but now I need help getting a fair offer because I can't lose all that money over a product I couldn't use, when I buy a laptop is due to my side hustle so to me its more of an investment than entertainment, somebody please help, and yes I think I'm done buying from cash crusaders especially that one at Tsakane Mall
