Faulty laptop

I bought laptop in October 2021,hardly a month the laptop had a problem with the power button,I took it back and they sent it for repairs, then I was called to fetch it because it's been repaired,the following month laptop gave me same problem, I went back to cash crusaders and asked them to exchange it because i brought the laptop for the second time with the same problem but the manager by the name of Donald Mlalazi refused ,I tried to explain that I missed a zo interview the day before I brought it back and I have another zoom interview same day I brought laptop for exchange but still the manager refused,I told him that I not leaving the store without another laptop, I told him that I am going to escalate the matter and he said I can do that and he left me there standing next to the counter. I was so angry and frustrated because I missed another zoom interview because of cash crusaders.The manager never cared because he is not the one looking for the job.I am currently unemployed and job hunting,I am so hurt and disappointed
