Faulty fridge and pathetic service

I bought a fridge on Monday from Cash crusaders at mamelodi Denlyn, I switched on the Fridge on Tuesday and it happens that only their freezer works properly but the fridge is not cold so as their customers I am not satisfied with their product when I tell them to exchange they tell me that they don't have stock so I tell them I want refund they say they can't give me instead Sipho the manger says he'll go buy juice to see if the fridge really doesn't work . Their product that was brand new had scratches and the pipes were rusted. When the fridge was bought it was not tested so he said there is nothing he can do what he can do is give me a fridge that was on their display which had soo many scratches then I told him I don't want it he then suggested that we resell the fridge to them at a cheaper price since they didn't have stock. I am very DISGUSTED with their pathetic service the staff there needs some training I don't understand how can you be a manger if you can't solve a customer's problem instead you making your problem mine I wouldn't advice anyone to go buy appliances at Cash crusaders mamelodi due to their faulty appliances and PATHETIC SERVICE.
