Fantastic staff and great new online payment options

I tried paying my loan interest online for the first time. Payment was due 28th and it slipped my mind so late at night I tried to use their online payment options. I was nervous to use it but I think it's a fantastic idea in covid times. It pushed me out a few times but I kept trying again to complete it unfortunately it was so late the date expired but they had an option for me to renew it so I persisted. Eventually just after 4 am I managed to renew and pay for it. Still in panic that my previous rings we're about to be sold I emailed proof of payment I think to everyone in cash crusaders and at 9 am I called the pmb branch. Zandile answered and was so helpful I think she heard my panic. She reassured me all was safe and loaded. What a relief. I honestly have nothing bad to say about our pmb branch in capital centre the buyers and cashiers are so helpful and cheerful. Thank you for keeping my precious goods safe.
