False Pricing & Not Honouring The Legal Rights of Customers

I've went into a cash crusaders store one morning and noticed quite a good bargain on an iphone 6 for R1800,I checked the serial numbers to see that the item matches with the barcode and it did,so I wanted the item but shortly after a staff member just disappeared with the item and coming back to me with a price of R3499,I conplained and was not even compensated for or even given an apology but rather a very rude attitude from the manager,I'm sure it's my right to have bought it for the price displayed under the Consumer Protection Act,which I do not think Cash Crusaders follows very well in that.
