I ordered an Iphone 6 plus Gold online and drove all the way from Pretoria to Midrand to collect it as I was not aware that when you order on their online platform you actually collect the product yourself. When I was on my way there they called me to tell me that they made a mistake on the system it's actually just a space grey Iphone 6... I filled for refund the lady said she'd send me a whatsapp I'm still waiting... I don't know how things work but one thing I know for sure is that it was false advertising. It was the stores responsibility to ensure that what they have in store matches what they have put up online.
