False advertising (not the product advertised)

I saw a Lenovo ThinkPad T510 advertised on the cash crusaders website and when I contacted the shop via whatsapp they confirmed it was a Lenovo ThinkPad T510 they communicated the laptop had battery problems and I ordered a new battery for it on takealot a T510 battery. I asked someone to bring the laptop to me I poured 500 petrol in their car and they brought the laptop from there on I discovered that this was false advertising as the laptop I received is a T410 and the sticker on it from the store says T510 these are not the same laptops and are far too different I want a refund for this as this was false advertising and resulted in me not pursuing another laptop at another store because I thought this was a good deal.
