False advertising - missing goods and possible theft

I have visited the Chatsworth brank 3 times in the last 2 months and each time left infuriated by the *********** sales staff.

I wanted to purchase a few of the DVDs but suprisingly was told that the they are unable to find the discs! So there is a shelf full of empty movie covers but no discs.

This is either evidence of bad administration or plain theft. Why advertise a product if you dont know where it is ??!!!

Another thing is the playstation 2 games which the store has not had any stock of in the past few weeks, reason being that is has been sold to another second hand goods shop located in another part of Chatsworth. Other games (ps4 and xbox) are also missing.

I really wonder if the head office is aware of what is happening at the branch and how the staff is damaging the whole brand.

Seems like something alot of people should know about.
