False advertising - infringement of CPA right no. 5

I saw this Nikon P900 digital camera available online for R1999 at cash crusaders Arcadia. I contacted one of the sales guys in order to find out more about this camera and if everythin was working still as this retails for about R10 000. He said it has 16mp and 83x zoom which is exactly what the P900 has so i asked how could i get this camera as i could I get this camera as I am staying far away. He said I can make a payment to the account and I could arrange a courier to collect it. I asked for the account details and he said he will email them but I never received the email so on Friday the 20th of September i decided to phone again I spoke to a different sales guy, Dosley who also confirm the camera specs and that it was working perfect. I told him I will come through myself from vanderbijlpark and he proceeded to give me his cell phone number in case I was a bit late. I then drove 130km one-way and an hour and a half in order to get to the cash Crusaders Arcadia. When I got there I asked for Dosley he immediately gave me the camera to start viewing and immediately I could see this was the wrong camera.I then told him and he said that he will talk to the manager. The manager just said it was captured incorrectly. I then told him i want the p900 for that price and he needs to organise the one from empangeni for R1999 for me as he had wrongly advertised it and wasted my time and petrol and the camera is actually a P90. He refused to assist me in anyway and i told him i will take it further. The advert is still showing a P900 for R1999. Thus the advert is not corrected even after knowing there is fault with it. Consumer protection act states that i as the purchaser have a right to fair and responsible marketing which was definatelly not shown in this case. I am hearby officially giving notice of my intention to claim if the matter is not resolved within 7 days of this complaint. Cash crusaders can resolve the matter by getting me my Nikon P900 for R1999 as advertised.
