False advertising and bad attitude

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I recently purchased a radio for my vehicle.<br> <br> When I came into the store,I told the salesman,Alex that I would like to purchase and needed Bluetooth<br> <br> He showed me the JEbson 7 inch JB362D<br> <br> I said I will take it if it has Bluetooth<br> <br> He looked at the manual and he says it has Bluetooth and GPS<br> <br> I said perfect, I will take it<br> <br> I then had it installed by a professional company<br> <br> I am extremely upset as it doesn't have Bluetooth<br> <br> Never mind the other functions advertised in the manual that it also does not have<br> <br> I went to the store yesterday and Natasha assisted me as I told her I was not happy due to something being sold to me and it has not got that function<br> <br> She gave me HO number and asked me to speak to Donovan. I phoned him whom said he will call me back. Which he did not.<br> <br> Should this matter not be resolved by the end of business today,I will be taking matters further and going to The Consumer Protection court<br> I will give you an option of replacing the unit with one with the functions I was promised or a full refund which will include installation of the new unit, removing of your unit and installing my original one and wasting my time,,,,,totaling R3600.0
