false advertising

I first sent an email saying I have a fridge, to loan against n don't have transport to fetch it I they said I must bring it n I print screened the ad on the internet to show that they can fetch it, they got back to me saying they will get back to me, up until I had to hire a van, still wen I got there waited for 4 hours.. CAUSE THEY WANT A FRIDGE TO BE COLD IMMEDIATLY WHICH IS BULL, ON THE OTHER HAND THEY TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE AN OPTION WHERE U CAN CLAIM UR GOODS AFTER 30 DAYS WITH INTEREST... WHY PUT AN AD SAYING THAT KNOWING ITS A LIE IM SO DISAPPOINTED BY THAT CAUSE THEY SEE U NEED THE CASH THEY PLAY WITH UR MIND SIES MAAN DISGUSTING
