False advertising
Went to do some shopping at Cash Crusaders, i bought a few stuff totaling R1400. Got home the Xbox 1 remote we bought from them is not fitting on my son's Xbox 1. I paid R250 for the remote. After contacting the sales person I was told to return the remote but they do not do refunds. Cash crusaders are 30 min drive from home and I just feel that its not worth going back there just to get credit for the remote. I just feel it was false advertising on their part.
