**** silver ring

I bought a silver ring for R400 and it was written 925 and I only worn it not more than 4days it was fading when I take it back they refuse to help me they said since they are a second hand shop I bought it @ my own risk and their receipt is stating that the stuff should explain their terms and condition before they sell something to the customer. Boitumlo Tshabala was the 1 who was helping me he was so rude to me and his manger was also very rude she just left me hanging without any help. I want my money back
