Extremely poor service delivery

I was referred to cash crusaders northcliff because I needed urgent assistance to sell a fridge that is in pristine condition. I am not happy with the service at Florida that is why I ended up chatting to the northcliff store. I needed to relocate with urgency and I made it clear to the agent at the store but I am still trying to sell the product, I've been trying to conclude the same chat since last week Wednesday. I lost the place that I needed to rent because of the poor service. I tried to be u understanding and patient but this is not on. This is not the service that was advertised, this is not the service I expected when being referred from Florida cash crusaders to northcliff cash crusaders. It literally went from bad to worse.

Will a superior from northcliff cash crusaders please contact me via whatsapp on ***. I would like to make a formal complaint to the ranking superior of northcliff cash crusaders. Personally being a top tier customer service provider. I am disappointed in the brand because at first I didnt not expect excellent service, I expected ANY service. I am a customer in need with pristine products to sell and I have been patient and understanding. I expected better from cash crusaders.
