Extremely pooer sevice

Good day The one star is 1000% better than the service at the Randfontein store. Once again i tried to purchase a television from them only to be told that my TV licence is in arrears after providing proof that my debit order of 20 Years is still operating each and every month. The staff is too dimwitted to understand that payments my either not be app**** or misallocated by the SABC and are too lazy to sort out the problem. I have also lodged a complaint with their customer care.
