Extremely dissapointed and Hurt

I took my brand new Cellphone at Cash crusaders Twin City in Heidedal Bloemfontein to loan against cash(Samsung A23), and due date for to pay loan extension was on the 20th, so i called in yesterday as i was not around bloemfontein for two weeks now and spoke to the Manager (Johan).

I explained that am far from Bloemfontein and he agreed to make an exception for me to come in today (23/3/2023) as their store only gives grace period of two days after expiry not the same as other cash crusaders which gives five days.

When i send someone to pay in interest today, i was told that, my items has been sold already to my suprise, and when i ask to clear this confusion with him(Johan),he told that he forgot to tell his staff not to release it and only said he is sorry.

Surely this sound or rather looks like a norm to this branch. I am extremely dissapointed and by the store managers response and behavior, hope that one day , they think about the customer.

I am extremely hurt and dissapointed as the item in question was for my daughter's birthday gift in April.
