Extremely Disappointed and Poor Service

Extremely disappointed with Cash Crusaders Overport Atrium Mall. Service is extremely poor. I have recently relocated to Johannesburg so I sent my mother to go pay the buyback and collect my items. She was told that she can only pay cash and not with card. With the crime rate in Durban it is not safe at all for an old lady to be walking around with R6000 cash. I called the Southway sea view branch and they said there's no such thing as cash only and we can make a card payment. Today is the last day that my item expires so please can this matter be resolved immediately!!
