Exploitative Prices, Second hand goods charged higher than new goods

Can you please inform me what type of pricing procedure do you use?

Never have I ever witnessed a secondhand retailer charging the same price or even more for certain items, in my area there is about 4 cash crusaders. Each one of them are charging the same price or more for a second hand games. Some of the casing is chewed by dogs of the previous owner and you still ask the same price for the one next to it in better condition at the same price? Are your the employees evaluating the product blind? Do you do research or check competitor pricing?

You are a second hand goods shop, do you even understand what that means, it means you are a retailer specializing in selling second hand goods, the price should decrease as its not new and has been used so why would you charge the same price? Al 4 shops in my area is overflowing with stock is that no indication to you? Even your cellphones, laptops and tablets is almost the price of new one it only differs with R100 or R200 you have offered the seller a below retail offer? So are you trying to get 200％ profit I really think you should investigate to which market segment you are targeting because its certainly not second hand consumers. I think you are targeting misinformed and exploitation desperate customers.

I have entered a Cash Crusaders store about a 100 times in my life, I have only purchased twice from a Cash crusaders store. I should stop wasting my time because its been proven that your prices will always be the same or more than new good retailers. Just wake up and smell the coffee BT games pre-played games are the most reasonably prices games maybe you should ask them for advise? Also cash converters should advise you on how to make a price. I know there is allot of frustrated customers just like me but no one will speak up.

Challenge me and ask me which items at which stores where more than other retailers, as i can recall most of them.
