Excessive Force.... But No management

<p>So i have bought numerous items from the sunward park branch, as prices are normally good. But the management is terrible!!! I bought a skil SDS drilling machine from them and it lasted not even a month. Apon taking it back the manager told me it was my fault it is broken and they wont do anything for me. Not repair, replace or anything. The manager Johan arrogantly stated that he had been in tool design for twelve years, and promptly made me look like i didnt know what i was talking about. We then went the head office route and they said they will repair it. I went to collect it yesterday and nothnig had been done after almost a month!!! JOhan was not there and refused to repair, replace or even give me store credit. He didnt even speak to me over the phone, he just sent his staff up and down like messenger boys. This is pure arrogance, and insubordination. I would now like my money back as this is ridiculous!</p> <p> </p>
