Exceptions

I have had a bad wxperience with an employee of the establishment, however since my original review within half an hour I had a response to my email an within an hour I had management call me my problem was ssolved promptly and with respect and mutual understanding I have dealt with cash crusaders before and I must say this insident was an exception to the rule...very pleased with the promptness of the matter
