Excellent Service from Middelburg branch Cash Crusaders

Recently i visited Cash Crusade in Middelburg , I bought a cable, Jack to Speakon. When i get to church i find that the cable is the wrong cable, i needed to get Speakon to speakon cable, Unfortunately the receipt was washed out, I put the receipt in the plastic and some washing liquid and that it, it was spoiled, Gone no more receipt. I went to the store met with freindly Cashier Monicah, and Other guy they called him Majozi, i explained my situation they called on the Manager known as Bra Joe, Bra Joe just made my day, He instructed Monica to do an exchange. Unfortunately there were no speakon to speakon cable availableon shelf. So Bra Joe Ask if i could give Him 5 days to get the cable. In 3 days the guy called me and tell me, We got the cable, I went there and He exchange it for me with no hassle. I applaud the Middelburg staff for cash Crusade. Bra Joe well done to go out of the company policies. We know its like climbing kilimanjaro mountain when you want to exchange item at Crusade without a receipt especially cable, but the Middelburg staff made it to look easier.
