EXCELLENT SERVICE from Cash Crusaders Walmer, Port Elizabeth

I have purchased many items from various branches of Cash Crusaders; and the service was shocking to say the least when it came to a complaint/ faulty goods....BUT I had the I bought a Karcher High-Pressure cleaner from Cash Crusaders in Walmer, Port Elizabeth (I am based in Cape Town and bought it from a Gumtree ad). I couriered the machine to Cape Town, but when it arrived it was faulty. I immediately informed them to advise them; and took the machine to Karcher for a quote....R1700 to repair the faults. I addresses it with Cash Crusaders Walmer, PE and sent them the quote....there was NO um-and-ahhh's....they IMMEDIATELY paid Karcher for the repairs directly. All Cash Crusaders branches should take an example from this service from Walmer. I would like to thank Kim and Vivian (think the owner) for OUTSTANDING, HONEST, AND ETHICAL business dealings. WELL DONE CASH CRUSADERS WALMER!!! I would recommend that anyone looking to buy an item 'secondhand'...make the effort to contact them!
