Excellent service and awareness

I had the best experience ever when it came to customer service. I had a problem with my laptop which was under gaurantee. I work online and did not have any backup. BIG problem for me. When I arrived the shop were not open yet. a Staff memeber named Langa acted procatively and got the ball rolling. By the time the shop opened the technician were there. The best it of it all was that it was returned to me the same day with the repairs done. To the management of the Shelly Beach franchise - you should be very proud of the service rendered and with Langa who went out of his way to assist me and also Nomhla who tried to keep me calm. 5 star service if not 7
