Excellent, helpful cross-country service from Funeka at Cash Crusaders in South Beach, Durban!

I bought an XBox One and its controller through this branch of Cash Crusaders and was helped by Funeka who hit the ball out of the park with absolutely amazing service! He showed initiative by reaching out to me on WhatsApp to let me know the XBox One I had paid for online the night before didn't come with the controller. I said I would try and buy one online, but he found one in store (sent a photo of the box and its price tag) that was more than half the price - AND that he would first check that it was compatible with the XBox. He apologised that it was not compatible after he tested it, I then bought the one I was initially going to buy. Funeka kept me in the loop (of his own initiative, which I am still amazed by!) every step of the way and helped me get the courier organised, and even sent me photos and a video of the excellently bubble-wrapped package. Funeka, you deserve every good thing that comes your way - and I hope that you will be rewarded for your diligence, attention to detail, initiative, professionalism, excellent communication and helpful heart!
