Excelent service from cash crusaders and hello peter ..thx blessings
I had a complaint but they drove all the way from umlazi mega city about 100 kms to me.changed my amplifier for a better one.. Thank you cash crusaders you did ver well .thx so much ..

09 Nov 2019, 15:19I bought pa system dixon at umlazi mega city cash crusaders..everyone warned me not to buy it I wish I listened.
The first amp that they used in shop sold it to me as new wich it wasnt gave me trouble on one channel loosing power after short period.Audio expert says the speakers they sold the amp with is not compatible..to litle amp with big speakers they sold it as a set.
I complained on helloo peter as I Am about to do again today.
After that the staff of that shop came to my house with another amp..
They showed it to me and conected a mixer to it
But with one cable from mixer to amp mpd4 wich has two channels.
It sound ok ..and he sold me the mixer cable to amp aswell..
I ordered a hybrid mixer from audiomart got the stuff yesterday..
The audio expert showed me i need to mixer to amp cables one for each channel..
Not like cash converter guys showed me they actualy loaded two speakers on one channel with one mixer to amp cable..
Yesterday for first time with right cables as audiomart guys showed me i finaly got both channels on a speaker on each channel..
As i did this i realised the two channels of this amp is also not the same one channel less output than the other....
Twice in a row I Actualy thanked them.for coming to help me only to realise when real.sound guys showed me that cash crusaders umlazi guys really did it twice in a row now to me..
Now I Am really disapointed after spending all the money and all the time..
I bought this setup for the church
As I Am a pastor of a church in scottburgh ..
I have no more hope in dixon I Am afraid the level of understanding sound equipment those who sell.it should be better.
Pls help me.
