Evil Buyer

I went to Cash cruders Tembisa Mega Mart And the buyer on duty was very rude and bossy.

He wouldn't let me reset my phone so that i can remove my personal information.

He straight up told me he will not buy my device and there is no other buyer that will help me except for him.

Well i dislike his attitude towards customers, because in any case i ended up doing what he wanted he left the counter,not considering covid 19 restrictions and social distancing and came and spoke in my face and said he will not buy my device.

We may have differences and possible personality clashes but that attitude he gave was not good for customer service

If thats how he treats cash cruders client,i strongly doubt there will be more people wanting to sell their goods at that particular branch!

He even said he did not mind giving me the numbers of his superior,so i can report him.

I left the store and got excellent service at cash crusaders Kempton Park.

Funny how the buyers there were friendly and did not mind to allow me to remove my personal files on the device and they offered excellent service.

I am not sure who the buyer thinks he is,but his stinking attitude will chase customers away,he thinks he is Jesus Christ and him getting so close to my face and telling me he wont buy my device was very uncomfortable and i am considering to test for covid19.

I honestly feel he is such a bully!

If he is the owner of that franchise he is way too big headed,he is not good for the brand.
