Entitled brat running his father's store

I went to Cosmo city cash crusaders looking forward to receive an item I bought ( wireless headphones) ...just to find out that the Item wasn't returned after I was told to come for them . All of a sudden I was in an arguement with the manager , who was rude and ****** to me . I had argued my case there ... and again the manager told me that " can't you read it yourself "...this is what I was told that I wasn't going to be told about the warranty....why didn't I just read it myself says the manager with a rude tone. Everybody stood there with no words.
