Employees Defaulting Items To Buy for Themselves
I’m extremely disappointed with the way Cash Crusaders has handled my contract and property.
Despite making an online payment within the grace period, they went ahead and sold my items — essential business tools I rely on for my livelihood. After admitting fault, the matter has been dragged on for nearly 2 months, costing me income, business opportunities, and forcing me into debt.
Now, after all this time, they can’t replace my speakers, ask me to help them find alternatives, and expect me to pay an extra R2500 for cheaper, used replacements. Why should I pay for your negligence?
This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I’m left with no choice but to escalate this to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
I’m sharing this publicly because customers deserve better than to be mistreated and ignored when a company fails to honor its own agreements.
@Cash Crusaders South Africa — fix this.
