Employees closing store before time!!!

I had experienced very dissatisfying service from cash crusaders vosloorus, upon arriving at 14:40 only to find the doors shut- with the sign still saying ‘open.’ I asked the security why is it closed at this time and he said employees are already cashing in and leaving. I asked him to refer me to the manager, he went in the store and never came out. I waited until the clock struck 3, it is only then that they flip the open- closed board. It is of great importance for the employees to understand the ethics of time. And for them not to rush knocking off before time. Please see to it that this matter be rammed into the vosloorus branch’s employees and management team, as this matter has inconvenienced me tremendously.
