Besides the obsurd and extremely unfair working conditions that we face, the act of deductions on payslips without any agreement with the employee dowles not compensate for the fact that the company does not employ adequate measures in assisting their already tired-employees in maintaining and safeguarding stock.

Its unbearable for a worker to be a sales person, cleaner, security guard with their head on the chopping board in the case that something happens.

A calamity of issues go unaddressed, including the fact that employees have to pay for stock that would have been improperly tested elsewhere and they suffer the costs. Its not good business ethics.
