DOOGGEE Phone range

This company sells a range of phones that only they have, namely the DOOGGEE. My experience after I cracked my LCD is that even though they have the spares, they don't wanna sell it to the customer to repair his/her own phone, but want a R200 fee for a quotation and then also wants to do the repairs themselves. This was not part of the agreement when they sold the phone to me. My suggestion is that people should rather not buy their phones.
