Doogee X90 Cash Crusaders not working

We are very disappointed with Cash Crusaders Bellville. We purchased two Doogee X90 cellphones on 26/08/2021. Serial no: *** and *** just to discover the phones is not working correctly as it should. We took it back on 17/09/2021 to be repaired and they quoted us on the one R550 to be fixed. After weeks of no feedback we follow up on the other one just to find out that they cannot fix it and that it is beyond repair. The phones was taken straight to Cash Crusaders to be fix, now they tell us that they cant fix the one phone cause someone else tried to fix it. We never tempered with any of the two phones as we are aware of product and company policy. The R2399.80 we spend on these phones was a waste and Cash Crusaders just cant help in this matter. We had these phones not even a full month and it did not work right. Why can we not be refunded or at least pay back half. Natasha was kind enough to find out the reasons and contacted us. This is just unfair seeing that we always purchase products from Cash Crusaders Bellville.
