DOOGEE X5 Max Pro Nightmare!

I purchased a doogee x5 max pro from Cash Crusaders in Sea Point.This is their own brand and I bought the callphone brand new.

Little did I know that this would turn out to be a nightmare purchase.

In as little as three months the cellphone started acting up, freezing, shutting itself down and then eventually it just died.

I took it back to the Sea Point branch , waited for three weeks, where I continiously had to follow up as they do not give feedback.

Today I called and I was advised the cellphone has been repaired.

On collection they advised me that they cant repair it and that this is now my loss. I dealt with Angelo Lucchetta who was extremely rude and laughed at me when I asked questions about the repair.

He told me that its my loss and that they dont have time to waste with me.

Cash Crusaders clearly does not care about its customers and have definitely loss one for life.

I will be advising all my friends and family to not purchase their products as clearly they can just turn around, laugh at you and advise you its your loss.
