Doogee phones from cash crusaders are inferior

In December 2018 I bought a brand new Dogee phone from Cash Crusaders Mount Edgecombe. Within a week the phone started giving trouble with the phone coming up with Chinese writing and freezing stopping me from being able to turn it off to reset. I took it back and they sent it off to be repaired for a month. When it came back after 2 weeks it did the same thing. This time the phone would not charge either. After calling and calling eventually someone came back to me to say I could collect it and that they had fixed it. I went back again and by now had little faith that this phoned would ever work. The manager again insisted that he had fixed the phone and promised me if it happened again I would get a refund. 24 hours later the phone would not work again with the same issues. I again drove from Ballito to Mount Edgecombe to return the phone. This time the manager hid in the back and told the sales assistant that she must send the phone off for repairs again. I found this unacceptable. After buying a new phone I had had nothing but trouble. Cash crusaders clearly knows nothing about the consumer protection act that states that a product is under warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. I am now yet again waiting for someone from the store to contact me. If I don't hear anything my lawyer will be taking legal action. I cannot deal with such an unprofessional company that does not abide by the law and sells inferior products. DO NOT BUY DOGEE PHONES.. THEY SHOULD BE CALLED *****. I am totally fed up.
