Doogee phone and useless manager

I bougth a doogee phone from cash crusaders polokwane game centre in november 1 month after that the phone screan go off and on so took it back so they said they need to send it to headoffice now 2 months after they send the fhone to there head office they tell me they got phone back but it is not repaired i spoke several times to shop manager and told him i need a refund for the phone but he keep on telling me his headoffice must refund him and then he can refund me i dont know what he is doing there sitting in the office and being useless he cant even phone me about my phone tells his staff to phone me and if you phone and ask to speak to him it takes 15 mun to answer a phone this is very bad service
