Doogee and Cash Crusaders, Never Again

I was looking for a cellphone for my daughter, i looked at different handsets and then decided on a Doogee X5 model, i did not want to buy it brand new as their was one on special and this would be my daughters 2nd phone in 3 years. so did not want to buy anything expensive. So after 2 weeks battery life drastically started reducing, week 3 i went back to the store i bought it from. as now it completely refuses to charge. I am then told that no we dont sell batteries or accesories for any Doogee &£%£*£) I mean really how do you sell any item and do not inform anyone of such things. Thereafter i go and shop around, not a battery in site, Store then tells me, please pay us R150 then we will get you another battery. No feedback, when i phone, i get told maybe this weekend sir we will have it. I mean really guys cmon
