Don’t take your valuables there

I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the service at cash crusaders never have I experienced such in my years of working with them, last year I put in valuables that where very costly and sentimental but I had no choice as my mother was in hospital and as a result needed the extra money. But I trusted them and knew they would be safe until I would be able to collect. The items belonged to my mom and she cherished unfortunately she met her untimely death and I quickly sent over the outstanding amount to get the items even spoke to one of the agents on WhatsApp who forwarded the banking details and I then sent the proof of payment. The agent advised there would be a 10 day waiting time before collecting after the 29 days I asked if the 10 days was over n if I can collect and then the agent turned to say there isn’t a waiting period, in my surprise I went in to collect the items they where offline. I went back again to be told that the items where sold and a manager will be in contact I have been in and out the store with no response and being told a manager will be in contact and still nothing. I am hurt and in disbelief that I’ve lost my mothers precious valuables to such a small fee and no body even cares to give answers I am going to bring this company down if it’s the last thing I do
