Don't pawn your gold with Cash Crusaders

Totally unacceptable service!!! Arrived at this branch @ Darras Centre, Kensington, Johannesburg @ approx 11h00 today, 21 Dec 2018 to pay cash for 2 9ct gold items that I pawned last week. Firstly, just not on that I pay first (zero receipt) and hve to wait almost 2 hrs for yr staff to retrieve my goods fm the time delay repository. Explanation? They forgot to set their timers!!! 12h40 & I'm still waiting. What the heck kind of service is this seriously!!! 1st & last time I deal with cash crusaders!!!
