don't ever buy anything from Cash crusaders

I would like to share my frustration with Cash Crusaders Hatfield I am absolutely disgusted with the service received. Around 3 months ago I ordered a cell phone online only to realize it was a **** Huawei No where on the site was it mentioned that this is a **** Phone, the store manager promised me that he will get me the phone i paid for, until now no one has been in contact regarding my phone or a refund.
