Don't Buy Laptops From Cash Crusaders Centurion Mall

If you just bought a 2nd hand laptop from Cash Crusaders in Centurion Mall, then you in for a rude surprise. I bought a Dell Inspirion from them at the end of January 2020 for R 3400.00, the thing blew up 6 months later in August 2020 and conveniently they put the 6 month guarantee clause up in your face, and that it was 2nd hand and you knew you bought the product 2nd hand....... YES, I knew that, but I expected to get more than 6 months service out of the laptop. They offered to help to send it to their repair guys for a quote, but at the end of the day, I'm still liable for those costs. I feel they never did their due diligence when they bought that laptop, cause if they did, it would've given me more than 6 months service, instead of being on its last legs. They even declined to share the repair costs. I used to be a good client, and with the old staff they had there, which is now gone, I felt I got a good deal, so much so, that I purchased plenty of things there over the years. I've made peace with the fact, that I will need to replace it at my own cost. Now it will probably cost me another R3400 for a good laptop, this time I think I'll go new. If you thinking of buying a pc from them, my advice.... DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!! You will be spending more at the end of the day. With the money I'm going to spending now for a laptop, inclusive of the broken one, I could've afforded a very good top notch model...... Think of that when buying a PC from them.
