Dont buy DIXON tools, lasts 3 minutes - No refund and No exchange

Bought a new Dixon tool from cash crusaders primrose, the machine stopped working after 3 mins of use. Took it back to the store and they advised that they can exchange it for another but the one they gave me was used and been repaired. I felt this was unfair as I bought a new one and now its being replaced with a second hand one on the same day of purchase. The salesman (David) was rude and insisted this was the best way forward. Don't buy DIXON branded products, they are poor quality and the staff know it, that is why they don't offer a refund or exchange, they send it for repairs which takes 30 days.
