DOES CASH CRUSADERS REFUND SECOND HAND GOOD?

Bought a phone from cash crusaders in Florida lake... I use the phone for 6 days then it blanks out, i go back to the store,i ask for the person who sold me the phone (ezette), i tell her about what happened and asked for a refund she tells me that a refund only applies for new goods but that is not stated on the receipt...is this true that refunds only apply for new good? im really not happy with this service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
