Dobsonville Manager parading as the owner

I went to Cash Crusaders Dobsonville Mall to sell my previously loved items and took my wife along with, when it was my time to be serviced, I sat down with the consultant who was assessing the item I no longer need. My wife stood right next to me retrieving an invoice for the item from her phone, to show the consultant since he asked when i bought the item. A gentleman with an attitude that came straight from a ***s bottom abruptly and very disrespectfully shouted to my wife to "SIT DOWN" of which my wife responded matching his demeanor and said "I'm showing your consultant an invoice on my phone". Appalled by this outburst from this guy (At the top of his voice for everyone in the shop to hear) I leaned back and looked him in the eye from behind the cubicle and proceeded with my business, at this point my wife grabbed a chair and sat down but this disrespectful excuse of a person continued to shout. I though this was the end of it. Little did i know, the guy came to the consultant helping me and told him not to help me and throw us out the shop, at this point i stood up from where I'm sitting and asked "What's going on" to which i was told "I'm not going to help people who cause problems" to which i responded "I'm doing business here, not my wife and because she challenged your idiotic demeanor you see fit to stop your consultant from helping me?" to which he responded "Why u ngakhuze? (Which is an equivalent to "Why don't you discipline your wife". At this point i was seeing red and requested to speak to a manager to which again at the top of his lungs shouted "IM THE OWNER, IF YOU DONT WANT TO LEAVE STAY THERE I'LL GET THE POLICE TO THROW YOU OUT". All of this over a chair, which if he valued customers none of this would've taken place. This next portion is to you "Mr. Cash Crusaders owner": You are the epitome of "patriarchy" in this country, if you speak like that to your family, leave all of that in your home. I understand that the show you put on in that shop was a show of "POWER" because you think people are desperate and you are superior because you dawn that cash crusaders uniform everyday and hide behind it. I noticed how you made the consultant that was helping me squirm, which indicates that YOU harass customers and staff alike and you are used to this type of behavior knowing that most people would never complain. Well you've met your match with me. And if you think I will never visit your store, I come in every time I'm in that mall and I don't plan not stop. I'd like to see your face when you get to this complaint and I'll be in store to witness it. You will NEVER be bigger than me. Your customer care is pathetic. It seems like this is a trend amongst Cash Crusaders "manager/owners" to belittle people as evidenced by Hello Peter. Oh and, i know Brent and Andries own that shop. The ball is in your court Cash Crusaders, will you continue to let employees parade as owners?
