Didi called me, I think she is a supervisor or a team leader to apologize for their horrible service that I received. She was sweet, offered me an airfryer to show how sincere they are and I must come to the store to pick it up.

I went to the store but to my surprise she came out with a white toaster and I refused to take, she then said that is all that she can offer as an apology. I told her but it is not what we spoke about on the phone, she then offered me some Safeway cooking something THAT SHE HERSELF DOESN'T KNOW HOW IT WORKS 😠😡.
